Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and Head of CEO's Office in fulfilling governance functions, including paperwork preparation, implementation, and distribution.
  • Manage complex diaries, organize meetings, and handle travel arrangements for the Chief Executive.
  • Conduct research, prepare briefings, and handle incoming communications from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, maintain action logs, and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.
  • Assist with financial documentation tracking and maintenance, including budget administration and expenses.
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR documents/systems related to the CEO's direct reports.
  • Coordinate information flow among senior leadership, departments, and external organizations.
  • Arrange and manage all meetings and diary arrangements according to regular meeting cycles.
  • Establish and maintain a clear, accessible knowledge library and filing system for all documentation.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain support processes and systems for effective day-to-day operations.
  • Identify and communicate solutions to administrative problems to enhance workflow efficiency.




Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior administrative / coordinator role.
  • Experience in consistently delivering within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence and ability to interact and influence with tact at all levels of the organisation.
  • A good level of written and verbal communication.
