Plumbing and Heating Engineer

£36,000 to £45,000 or £200 per day on contract

Based in and around London

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and heating systems in commercial settings, ensuring all work meets industry standards and regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plumbing and heating systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
• Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing and heating systems, providing effective solutions to restore functionality.
• Plan and manage assigned projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Job Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card and Gas Qualification are required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial plumbing and heating industry.
• A valid driving license is required for travel to various sites.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required to meet project deadlines.
