Streetworks Manager (£33,000 - £40,000)


Our Role


The Streetworks Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the administration of Streetworks within the business. A key objective of the role is to design, implement and maintain adequate procedures and processes for all aspect of Streetworks.


Duties will include but not limited to;


  • Ensure full compliance with Legislation and the Codes of Practice associated with a Network Installation.
  • Responsible for the overall quality control of Streetworks administration
  • Design, implement and maintain adequate procedures and processes for the administration of Streetworks
  • Build and own the relationships with Street Authority teams achieving strong positive dialogue
  • Design Implement and manage reporting, invoicing and recovery for HA Inspections, Fixed Penalty Notices remedial permits and S74 costs and charges
  • Carry out competency assessments and deliver improvement training where necessary, throughout the business and the
  • Implement the Streetworks Manager system with Build Partners
  • Working with the Area Build Supervisor to understand and improve on site adherence to streetworks legislation.
  • Accurate and timely performance reports
  • Monitor legislation changes, undertake impact assessments.
  • Support the Business with system integrations of Streetworks Manager and other associated platforms
  • Design and conduct training workshop modules for the business on Streetworks.


Your skills and experience


  • Minimum 5 years streetworks experience.
  • Exemplary knowledge of the NRSWA & TMA
  • Health, Safety and Environmental Awareness.
  • Ability to communicate positively with Street Authorities & Build Partners and Team Members
