Key Responsibility:

• Supporting psychologically informed practices and an Enabling Environment approach.
• Managing all aspects of staff supervision and development.

The Wireless Project Manager oversees the coordination and delivery of wireless projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and facilitating collaboration among team members. They are responsible for creating project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring successful project completion from initiation to customer acceptance.

Key Responsibility:

• Coordinate associated deliverables and activities, acting as the first point of contact for communication of changes, slippages, or requests.
• Lead project governance and encourage collaboration among solution team members to achieve successful delivery.
• Identify, manage, and communicate business risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver project objectives and oversee project work streams from initiation to customer acceptance.
• Construct project plans and budgets, and maintain supporting project documentation.
• Ensure successful handover from implementation to support phase and assist in assessing bid risks.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in delivering large-scale Microwave link projects and/or acquisition design services.
• Proficiency as a Project Manager with a Prince2 Practitioner qualification.
• Proven track record of complex project delivery.
• Excellent MS Office skills, including MS Project, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present at senior levels.
• Experience in managing 3rd party contractors and leading and motivating delivery teams.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized individual.

Field Engineers will help to make sure that the products they are responsible for work properly and that they meet the client's needs.

Key Responsibility

• Projects with telecoms infrastructure giant.
• Plenty of work on multiple sites across the South and South-West of England.
• Responsible for installation and commissioning on Vodafone, H3G, EE, O2 & MBNL projects.
• Coordinate with site building and change management teams for access and work plan.
• Installation and commissioning and site integration of 5G RAN equipment - Ericsson.
• Managing health and safety OHS guidelines using app on customer sites.
• On-site OSS alarm clearance, fault finding and troubleshooting, and rectification.
• Quality audit (QAS) report preparation and submission after site completion.

Skills and Experience required

• Demonstrate understanding of the mobile network
• Experience in a Telecoms environment
• External Field Commissioning experience
• Clear driving license
• Quick and logical thinking
• Be confident in taking decisions
