Position: Product Owner

Domain: Fiber to the X (FTTx)

Location: Dusseldorf, Germany

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in FTTx and field activities.

Role Overview: As a Product Owner in the FTTx domain, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating multi-department workstreams to ensure the successful implementation of our fiber optic solutions. You will work closely with vendors, including TechM, to create and manage an effective implementation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across various departments to achieve project goals.
• Develop and manage the implementation roadmap for FTTx projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors, including TechM, to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct field activities to gather insights, assess progress, and identify areas for improvement.
• Prioritize project tasks and features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in FTTx implementation.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the FTTx domain, with a strong focus on field activities.
• Proven experience in multi-department coordination and leadership.
• Strong understanding of FTTx technologies and implementation processes.
• Experience working with vendors, particularly TechM, to deliver complex projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
