Logistics Administrator

Looking for a logistics administrator within transport and construction sector, to ensure control and management of all assets.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage radio and wireless assets locally and across the UK.
• Provide asset and inventory reports to leadership and project managers.
• Conduct stock audits at key locations.
• Oversee goods in/out processes, including asset tagging and tracking.
• Manage purchase orders and vendor interactions via Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Handle returns and repairs of faulty stock efficiently.
• Manage asset warranties and logistics operations.
• Control logistics and inventory costs within budget.
• Perform regular stock checks and audits.

Skills required

• Good understanding of logistics
• Knowledge of salesforce service or similar
• Good knowledge of purchasing and working closely with vendors
• Experience in using inventory/purchasing software
