​Field Engineer

Mobile Role

£32,000 - £45,000 + Vehicle and Kits (Salary Depends on experience)

An exciting opportunity as Field Engineer for a Wireless Infrastructure Company.​

Field Engineers will help to make sure that the products they are responsible for work properly and that they meet the client's needs.

Key Responsibility

• Projects with telecoms infrastructure giant.
• Plenty of work on multiple sites across the South and South-West of England.
• Responsible for installation and commissioning on Vodafone, H3G, EE, O2 & MBNL projects.
• Coordinate with site building and change management teams for access and work plan.
• Installation and commissioning and site integration of 5G RAN equipment - Ericsson.
• Managing health and safety OHS guidelines using app on customer sites.
• On-site OSS alarm clearance, fault finding and troubleshooting, and rectification.
• Quality audit (QAS) report preparation and submission after site completion.

Skills and Experience required

• Demonstrate understanding of the mobile network
• Experience in a Telecoms environment
• External Field Commissioning experience
• Clear driving license
• Quick and logical thinking
• Be confident in taking decisions
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of MS office pack
• Pay attention to detail
