Are you passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment while ensuring operational excellence within the criminal justice system? We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibility:

• Promoting a positive work culture and respectful behavior with clients and colleagues.
• Ensuring compliance with MoJ/NPS requirements for AP residents.
• Supporting psychologically informed practices and an Enabling Environment approach.
• Managing all aspects of staff supervision and development.
• Enforcing protocols and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
• Participating in risk assessments and referrals.
• Overseeing Health and Safety in a high-risk setting.
• Representing the organization at internal and external forums.
• Providing on-call management cover for APs.
• Facilitating staff contributions to sentence plans.
• Guiding staff in delivering purposeful activities.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of the criminal justice system and re-offending reduction pathways.
• Understanding of trauma's emotional and behavioral impact.
• Proficiency in data management and MS Office.
• Numeracy skills and financial interpretation ability.
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles.
